Ingredients
- 2 ozLondon dry gin(Old Tom or Plymouth also work)
- 1 ozlemon juice
- 0.75 ozorgeat
- 1 dashangostura bitters
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
