Apple Cocktail: Weekend’s Prize

• 1 1/2 ozscotch
• 1/2 ozwalnut liqueur (Henley uses Don Ciccio & Figli)
• 1/4 ozolorosso sherry
• 1 ozfresh green apple juice
• 1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ozbrown sugar syrup (1 1/2 : 1)

   Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
