Ingredients
- 2 ozCappelletti Aperitivo
- 1 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ozrich cane syrup (2:1)
- 1fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
- 1dash Regan's orange bitters
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously. Add ice to and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe.
