Ingredients
- 1 ozAperol
- 0.5 ozblanco tequila
- 0.5 ozLillet blanc
- 0.5 ozMartini & Rossi bianco vermouth
- 1 ozorange juice
- 0.5 ozpassion fruit puree
- 5 dashesmango vinegar
- 5 dropsorange flower water
- 1 pinchMaldon salt
- sparkling water
Garnish: ¼ passion fruit, orange blossom spray
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- 3.
Top with the sparkling water.
- 4.
Garnish with a quarter of a passion fruit.
- 5.
Spritz with orange blossom spray.
