Amaretto Sour

Ingredients
- 1.5 ozamaretto
- 0.75 ozcask-proof bourbon
- 1 ozlemon juice
- 1 tsprich simple syrup(2:1 sugar to water)
- 0.5 ozegg white
Garnish: lemon twist and 2 brandied cherries
Preparation
- 1.
Add amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake (no ice) for 15 seconds.
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 4.
Garnish with a lemon twist and 2 skewered brandied cherries.
