Ingredients
- 2 oztequila reposado
- 0.75 ozGrüner Veltliner syrup
- 0.5 ozlime juice
- 1 dashorange bitters
Garnish: orange twist
Preparation

To make the Grüner Veltliner syrup, combine equal parts wine and Classic Gum Syrup.
- 2.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Notes
A mix between a Margarita and Pegu Club, this refreshing cocktail uses a white wine syrup as the sweetener.
